How can I see old posts and Instagram stories from influencers?

In case you would like to see old posts and Instagram stories, you first have to first determine if the post/ story in question is older than 60 days or not. If the post/story is within 60 days, please follow the first way. If no, please skip ahead to the second way.

First way - For posts/stories from the last 60 days

To find posts/stories from the last 60 days for a specific influencer, you will need to use the discover tool.

Simply enter the Instagram handle of the influencer with an @-sign beforehand in the search bar and the system will show you posts from the different platforms (Instagram, Youtube, Blogs) from the last 60 days in chronological order. If you would like to get more insights about a post or story, you can simply open the post page by clicking on the post/story.

Note: Instagram stories are loaded upon request, hence you will only see stories from influencers where the story collection was triggered previously. This can be done by either adding the influencer to a campaign or by opening the influencer profile. This is further explained here

Second way - For posts/stories older than 60 days

To find posts/stories that are older than 60 days, you will need to follow the steps below:

  1. Find out the date of publication of the story/ post
  2. Go to the influencer group tool and add the influencer to a new group
  3. Go to the measure tool and create a new report (Explained here)
  4. Select the right time frame (the date of publication)
  5. Select the group you created in step 2 as the dataset
  6. Select either the Post Benchmark or the Interaction module
  7. Find the correct post/ story and click on it. This will open the post/story page.
  8. From here, you can add the story/post to a project or campaign.

Note: Instagram stories are loaded upon request, hence you will only see stories from influencers where the story collection was triggered previously. This can be done by either adding the influencer to a campaign or by opening the influencer profile. This is further explained here.
