How exactly does the Communication feature work?

The flow of the feature is explained below. We also recommend you to look at our presentation of the Communication feature, which you can find here.

1. Request permission to contact

• Contact & Activity tab was added to the influencer page.

• Here, you can Request Permission to get in contact with the influencer.

• Once you requested permission, the button will change to: Permission requested

2. Email is sent to the influencer

• An email with your account and company name will be sent to the influencer.

• The influencer has the option to connect with you via Click here to connect button.

• This will open a confirmation page.

3. Confirmation page

• The influencer has the option to revoke the permission.
• The confirmation page also includes a link to the Achoo homepage.

4. Notification is sent to you

• Once the Influencer has accepted the request, you will get a notification.

• You are now able to contact the influencer in the platform.

5. Start of the conversation 

• The influencer shows up in your Inbox.

• You can now start a conversation with the influencer.

• The message sent from you will be sent to the influencer via email.

6. Message to the influencer

• The influencer will receive an email containing the message.

• The influencer can answer directly via email.

7. Message from the influencer

• The message from the influencer will be sent to the Inbox, as well as an email to you.

• You can then answer in the platform, or directly to the email if you prefer.
