How long will an Instagram story be saved on our platform?

Once the collection of a story is triggered and the story is saved in the platform, the story is available forever. However, the story will only be shown in discover for 60 days. This is due to search limitations on discover.

If you would like to see stories or posts that are older than 60 days, you can simply use the Postbenchmark module or the Interaction report in the reporting tool of our platform. Since the two modules are not part of any of the default reports, you will have to create your own, customized report. How this is done, is explained here.

Once you have set up a customized report with either of the two reports, you just need to select the right group or campaign and the correct time period and you will see all posts and stories included in the module. If you now click on the story, the story page will open up where you can view the actual story and all related KPI's.
