What are Interactions?

Unlike our engagement score,  the interaction score shows all likes & comments combined in one number. Here, we don't use a quantified score but instead assign each activity the same value. 

Difference between Engagement and Interactions:

Engagement: I like and comment on a post - our quantified score would be 41 (30 for the comment, 10 for the like, 1 for the view)

Interactions: I like and comment on a post - the interaction score would be 2 (1 for the like, 1 for the comment)

Important: Currently, the only way to see the interaction score for a post is to use the Performance Benchmark Module under the reporting tool. As for now, this module is not included in any of the default reports and therefore can only be accessed by creating an own report (explained here)
