How can I add a post to an existing campaign?

If you would like to add a post to your existing campaign, which was not added by the system due to e.g. the influencer didn't use the right mention or because the campaign was set up after the post was published, you can add the post manually.

There are two ways:

The first way - via Discover (Recommended)

1. Enter the Instagram handle of the influencer with a "@" sign beforehand into the search bar of the discover tool
2. The system will display you all posts from the last 60 days
3. Now hover over the relevant posts and select them by clicking the "+" sign in the top right corner of the post
4. As a next step, you click on "Add to campaign", select the correct campaign and add the posts by clicking "Save". 

Remember: If you don't want to reach out to the influencer, you must activate the "Add not already invited influencer to campaign as Accepted" function on the right-hand side.

The second way - via Influencer profile

1. Simply open the influencer profile. Here, you can see the most recent posts but unlike the first way, you will only see the most recent posts and not all posts from the last 60 days
2. Open the correct post page by clicking on the post
3. Add it to the campaign by clicking on "Add to Campaign" in the bottom right corner.
4. Here, you select the relevant campaign and click on "Add to Campaign" once you are done. 
5. Now the post is saved in the campaign. Unlike the first way, you will only see the most recent posts in the overview page of the influencer.

Remember: If you don't want to reach out to the influencer, you must activate the "Add not already invited influencer to campaign as Accepted" function on the right-hand side.
