Can I download my reports?

Yes, you can download your reports as PDFs and as CSV. This is the perfect way to present your results to colleagues or clients outside of Achoo. 


  1. Simply go to the report tool
  2. Select the right data set, time period and report
  3. Click on the "Export Report" in the bottom right corner of the screen and then on "Send as PDF" or "Send as CSV".  For some modules (fx. Average Benchmark Performance), you will have the option to select the number of posts included in the report.
  4. Within a few moments, you will receive an email containing a download link. 
  5. Click on "Download Report" to access your PDF or CSV report.

Note: The PDF or CSV will always contain what is currently displayed on the screen. So make sure you have the right modules, data set and time period selected.
