How do I change an influencer’s status within the campaign?

You can change the status of an influencer by following these steps

1. Go to the campaign tool and click on the correct campaign
2. Click the arrow to the right-hand side of the influencer
3. Then simply click the next step in the status bar to make the influencer progress forward

There are five different statuses:

Invited - In case you are running an Outreach campaign, this will be the default status assigned to each influencer.

Declined - If the influencer declines the campaign, the status will automatically be changed to Declined. You can also change it manually if you communicate with the influencer outside of the platform. This is the most-left option

Interested - The platform will automatically change the status to Interested in case the influencer requests more information about the campaign.

Accepted - This is the default status assigned to each influencer in case you are running a Tracking campaign. You can change the status manually in case you reach an agreement with the influencer outside of the platform. It's the second-most right option.

Published - If an influencer is as Accepted and he/she publishes a story/post with the correct campaign mention(s), the status will automatically be changed to Published.
